During the 2025 Esperance Port Shutdown, works included an initial feature and track survey to establish existing site conditions, followed by survey support throughout the shutdown period for formation and ballast level checks.

The project also involved the installation of three new turnouts and the realignment of track within the yard to improve overall track geometry and operational efficiency.
